How it works
From cart to consultation in three steps
Three steps, in the order they happen. Here is exactly what happens at each one.
The three steps
Choose and check out
Pick Semaglutide + B12 or Tirzepatide + B12 and your state. Your cart shows the required doctor consultation, its fee, shipping and the total; you pay on our payment processor's secure page.
A licensed provider reviews it
You complete the clinical team's secure medical intake. A licensed provider reviews it — online or by video, depending on your state — and decides whether treatment is appropriate.
Dispensed only if prescribed
If your provider prescribes, the pharmacy dispenses your medication and ships it to the address you gave. If not, nothing is dispensed.
If treatment is not prescribed
A provider may decide a treatment is not appropriate for you. Then no medication is dispensed. See our Refund & Cancellation policy for what happens to your order.
Refund & CancellationBefore you begin
- Have your shipping address ready; the medication can only ship to the state your consultation was for.
- Be ready to answer questions about your health, medicines and history in the clinical team's secure intake after checkout.
- Use your own email and phone number, so the clinical team can reach you.
- There is no clinic to visit: PepHealthMD operates by telehealth only, and your consultation takes place remotely.
The detail
What each step actually involves
- A required consultationEvery order includes a required doctor consultation with a licensed provider. Depending on your state it is an online consultation or a video visit; your cart shows the format and fee for your state before you check out.
- Payment at checkoutYou pay for the consultation and the medication at checkout. Paying does not mean you will be prescribed: medication is dispensed only if a licensed provider prescribes it after your consultation.
- A person decides, not a formThere is no automated pathway from checkout to fulfillment: every prescription is a licensed provider's decision.
- Licensed pharmacy onlyMedications are dispensed by a U.S.-licensed compounding pharmacy.
All treatments require a valid prescription issued through a licensed telehealth evaluation. Not everyone is a candidate; medication is prescribed only when it is medically appropriate.

Fulfillment
From prescription to your door
Once a licensed provider has prescribed it, the pharmacy dispenses your medication and ships it to the address you gave at checkout.

Questions
The ones we get most
What treatments do you offer?
Two compounded weight-management medicines: Semaglutide + B12 and Tirzepatide + B12. Both are injectable liquids available only by prescription.
Do I need a prescription?
All treatments require a valid prescription issued through a licensed telehealth evaluation. Not everyone is a candidate; medication is prescribed only when it is medically appropriate.
How does the consultation work?
Every order includes a required doctor consultation. After checkout the clinical team collects your medical history through a secure intake, and a licensed provider reviews it. In most states it is an online consultation; in some states it must be a video visit. Your cart shows the format for your state.
What does it cost, and when am I charged?
Each dose's price, the consultation fee for your state, shipping and the total are shown in your cart before you check out. You pay for the consultation and the medication at checkout. Paying does not mean you will be prescribed: medication is dispensed only if a licensed provider prescribes it after your consultation.
What happens if I am not prescribed?
No medication is dispensed without a prescription. All purchases, including the consultation fee and the medication, are non-refundable. Our Refund & Cancellation policy explains what happens to your order.
Is there a clinic I can visit?
PepHealthMD operates by telehealth only and has no physical clinic. Every consultation takes place remotely — online, or by video where your state requires it. Our address is a business address, not a clinic.
Are compounded medicines approved by the FDA?
No. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality prior to being dispensed. A licensed provider decides whether a compounded medicine is appropriate for you. Medications are dispensed by Olympia Pharmacy, a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy in Orlando, Florida.
Where do you ship?
We provide service to patients in AL, AZ, CA, CO, DE, FL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, MT, NV, NH, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, WA, WV, WI, DC. Once your prescription is approved, your order ships within 3 business days.
Is my information private?
This website never asks health questions. Contact and shipping details go to our commerce platform and payment processor to process your order. Your medical history is collected by the clinical team's secure intake after checkout and is described in our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.
Can I cancel?
You may cancel an order up to 48 hours before it ships. To cancel, email us at contact@pephealthmd.com or call us at (443) 443-8944 with your name and order details. Our Refund & Cancellation policy has the details.
How do I reach you?
Use the Contact page. Please do not send medical information through the contact form; it is not a secure clinical channel.
