The terms that apply when you use this website and place an order.

These terms apply to your use of the PepHealthMD website and to orders you place through it. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. PepHealthMD is a service of PepHealthMD LLC.
What we provide
PepHealthMD provides a website and ordering service for two compounded weight-management treatments, Semaglutide + B12 and Tirzepatide + B12. PepHealthMD does not practice medicine. Clinical decisions are made independently by licensed providers.
All treatments require a valid prescription issued through a licensed telehealth evaluation. Not everyone is a candidate; medication is prescribed only when it is medically appropriate.
Orders, prices and payment
Prices, the consultation fee for your state, shipping and the total are shown in your cart and come from our pricing service. Payment is taken on our payment processor's secure hosted page; this website does not receive or store your card details.
You pay for the consultation and the medication at checkout. Paying does not mean you will be prescribed: medication is dispensed only if a licensed provider prescribes it after your consultation.
We may refuse or cancel an order, for example when the treatment cannot be shipped to your state or a provider does not prescribe it.
Your responsibilities
When you use the service you agree to:
- give accurate, complete information about yourself, and in your medical intake about your health and medicines
- use the service only for yourself
- use any prescribed medication only as your provider directs
- not resell, share or transfer a prescribed medication
Not for emergencies
If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. This website and our contact channels are not for emergencies.
Information on this website
Information on this website is general and is not medical advice. Only a licensed provider who has evaluated you can decide whether a treatment is right for you.
Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality prior to being dispensed.
Images are illustrative; dispensed packaging may vary.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, PepHealthMD is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page applies to orders placed while it is posted.
