• Your cart itself is kept only in your browser's memory while you use the site. It is not saved and clears when you reload or leave.

Technical data collected automatically

When you visit, our website hosting provider automatically processes standard technical request data, such as your IP address and the pages you request, to serve the site.

No health questions on this website

This website never asks about your health. After checkout, the clinical team collects your medical history through its own secure intake. Please do not put health information in the contact form.

What PepHealthMD keeps

PepHealthMD keeps no medical records. It retains only contact and marketing information: the details you give on this website, such as your name, email, phone number, shipping address and messages, and your text-message choice. Your medical records are kept by the clinical team that provides your care, through its secure intake, not by PepHealthMD.

How we use it

We use your information to:

• answer your messages
• process, ship and support your order
• let the clinical team reach you for your required consultation
• send text messages, only if you agreed to them

Who receives it

We share your information only as needed to run the service:

• our e-commerce platform provider, which hosts our store's orders, messages and inbox
• our payment processor, Stripe, which collects your payment on its own secure page
• the clinical team that provides your consultation, and the pharmacy that dispenses a prescribed medication
• our website hosting provider, which processes standard technical request data (such as IP address and pages requested) to serve the site

Cookies, analytics and advertising

This website does not set advertising cookies and does not load analytics, advertising pixels or session-recording tools. Our payment processor's hosted page applies its own cookies and policies.

If you sign in to your account, our e-commerce platform provider sets strictly necessary cookies on this website to keep you signed in, to hold an emailed sign-in link until you choose to continue, and to protect sign-in requests. They cannot be read by the website's scripts and are used for nothing else.

Text messages

Text messages are optional and need your consent. The consent you give reads: "Yes, PepHealthMD may send text messages about my inquiry or order to the phone number I provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase." Reply STOP to any message to stop, or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your phone number for marketing.
