Where and when medication ships.
Effective October 6, 2026
Medication ships only after a licensed provider has prescribed it and the pharmacy has dispensed it. Medications are dispensed by Olympia Pharmacy, a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy in Orlando, Florida.
Where we ship
Medication ships only within the United States, to the address you give at checkout, in the state your consultation was for. Your cart tells you if a treatment cannot be shipped to your state.
We provide service to patients in AL, AZ, CA, CO, DE, FL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, MT, NV, NH, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, WA, WV, WI, DC.
Shipping cost
Any shipping charge is shown in your cart and checkout before you pay.
When it ships
Nothing ships before your consultation is complete and a prescription is issued.
Once your prescription is approved, your order ships within 3 business days.
Your address
Check your address carefully at checkout. Contact us immediately if it needs to change; the address must stay in the state your consultation was for.
Delays, damage or loss
Contact us with your order details if a shipment is delayed, damaged or lost.
