Treatments

Two treatments. One required consultation.

Two compounded injectable medicines, each available only by prescription after a required doctor consultation.

The treatments

What each treatment is

All treatments require a valid prescription issued through a licensed telehealth evaluation. Not everyone is a candidate; medication is prescribed only when it is medically appropriate.

Every order includes a required doctor consultation with a licensed provider. Depending on your state it is an online consultation or a video visit; your cart shows the format and fee for your state before you check out.

Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality prior to being dispensed.

Compounded GLP-1 receptor agonist with vitamin B12

Compounded Semaglutide + B12

Semaglutide belongs to the GLP-1 receptor agonist class of medicines, which act on the body's appetite regulation and feeling of fullness. This compounded preparation also contains vitamin B12.

It is an injectable liquid. Your provider decides whether it is appropriate for you and, if so, the dose to start with and how to adjust it. Results vary from person to person, and no particular result is promised.

Important safety information

This is not a complete list. Your provider reviews your medical history before deciding whether a treatment is appropriate, and you should tell them about every condition and medicine you have.

These medicines are not for you if

  • you or a family member have ever had medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC), or you have Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2)
  • you have had a serious allergic reaction to the medicine or any of its ingredients
  • you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding, unless your provider advises otherwise

Tell your provider if you have or have had

  • pancreatitis, gallbladder disease or kidney problems
  • diabetes, especially if you take insulin or medicines that can lower blood sugar
  • diabetic eye disease, stomach or digestion problems, or depression or thoughts of self-harm

Possible side effects

The most common side effects of this class include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, stomach pain and decreased appetite. Serious side effects can include inflammation of the pancreas, gallbladder problems, low blood sugar, kidney problems, allergic reactions and possible thyroid tumors. Contact your provider about side effects, and get emergency help for severe symptoms.

If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. This website and our contact channels are not for emergencies.

The same three steps

Whichever you choose, this is the path

The treatment changes the medicine. It does not change who reviews your order or where it is dispensed.

01

Choose and check out

Pick Semaglutide + B12 or Tirzepatide + B12 and your state. Your cart shows the required doctor consultation, its fee, shipping and the total; you pay on our payment processor's secure page.

02

A licensed provider reviews it

You complete the clinical team's secure medical intake. A licensed provider reviews it — online or by video, depending on your state — and decides whether treatment is appropriate.

03

Dispensed only if prescribed

If your provider prescribes, the pharmacy dispenses your medication and ships it to the address you gave. If not, nothing is dispensed.
